LB#2 Is Technology a Boon or Bane?

A technology for me is a boon because it can really help me a lot in my projects, assignments and in using also a powerpoint.As a future teacher I need to study this because we are now in a modern world.All of us now is using computer in researching our homeworks.One thing also why technology is very advantage is that we don't have to go to library and search something.We just surf the internet and thats it,we can now know the answer in just few minutes..Thats the only way we can save our time and effort.

LB#1 Educational Technology

Educational technology is the study and ethical practice of facilitating learning and improving performance by creating, using and managing appropriate technological processes and resources."^[1] The term educational technology is often associated with, and encompasses, instructional theory and learning theory. While instructional technology covers the processes and systems of learning and instruction, educational technology includes other systems used in the process of developing human capability. Educational Technology includes, but is not limited to, software, hardware, as well as Internet applications and activities.
